| Privacy Policy American Realty Alliance ("ARA") understands and respects your concerns about privacy. At the same time, information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide service to our customers. We do ask that you provide information about yourself in order to provide those services. This policy was created to provide you with notice of what information ARA may collect, how that information may be used or shared with third parties, and how such information relates to the operation of the FindCommercialRealEstate.com website ("Site"). In the event you opt out, ARA shall have no further obligation to provide you services through the Site. 6. Updating Your Information. As part of your use of the Site, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your account data with current, accurate and complete information. You may view, update and/or edit the Registration Data you have provided to ARA by logging in to your account and following the appropriate instructions. 7. Links to Other Websites. ARA can only protect the privacy of information it collects and is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website nor for the content contained therein. The websites and services you are able to access on the Internet are outside the control and limits of this privacy statement. Any information you provide to these organizations is at your own risk. You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information on the chat or discussion areas that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties. 8. Governing Law. You agree that Illinois law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts in Cook County in the state of Illinois. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and ARA regarding your use of our Website. Section headings are for convenience only and will not be relevant in interpreting this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
